At Jaycee Resells, all sales are final. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:


Digital Products (Vendor Lists, Plug Packs, Resources)



  • All digital products are delivered instantly to the email provided at checkout.

  • Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital items.

  • If you experience an issue accessing your files, contact us and we will resend your order.


Clothing Items



  • All clothing sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue.


Order Cancellations



  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as processing begins immediately.


Chargebacks & Disputes



  • Filing false chargebacks for delivered products (digital or physical) is considered fraud.

  • We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly.
